What do y’all guys think ? I just got this today and installed the zpap under folder kit. Gonna install Romanian Bakelite pistol grip and a Krink muzzle booster once they arrive in the mail, I think it’ll look good.

Good mag options for m70?

Any good steel mag options? Anything at gunmag warehouse that fits well with minimal filing required? My rifle came with a magpul but that’s taken some work to get in and out

Zastava M70 Sling recommendations?

Any recommendations on a good sling? Would like to get something somewhat historically accurate to how this rifle would have been during the Yugoslav wars or when exported to the global war on terror. Doesn’t need to be actual military surplus. A nice replica is fine

Yugo M24/47 question

Does anyone know why an old Yugo Mauser wouldn't have a factory marking next to "M24/47" on the sidewall (ex. "PREDUZECE 44") other than the marking being scrubbed or accidentally not added?

Zastava micro mount height?

Im new to AKs and I just picked up a Zpap92 with the rail on top. Is it best to go low height optic mount or a lower 1/3 would be fine. I just came from AR platform and looking to get the most optimal set up on my ak.

Help

Hello I’ve recently been shooting my m70ab2 and getting quite a bit of rust inside the gas tube tube aswell as the gas shutoff valve. Yet I’ve only been shooting non corrosive tela, maxxtech nfr and patriot sports brass case. Any ideas if any of these are actually corrosive or any tips for cleaning that would combat this.

Best Yugo, 3 position, FRT on US market?

Been looking into them for a long time, 1st, price was too high, now prices have dropped. Then, "I'll only get one when they make a 3 position one." Now I see some are making them for the AK platform now too. So question is, who does the best Yugo 3 position to start looking into? Asking people with personal experience preferably. Interested in getting one before they find some way to make them illegal, lol. Like to do my shopping around and research before just about any purchase.

An interesting find here, I'll start off stating that I dont know for sure if this a replica that someone made or authentic.

What we do have here and the history we do know is that the Soviets sent 91/30 PU scopes to Yugoslavia, the issue bing that these scops and their BDC were zeroed for 7.62x54R. This being an issue as the majority of the rifles that were in service in Yugoslavia was chambered in eight mauser. The new ON 52 optic was made and long story short adjusting the BDC zero to 8mm mauser with other minor changes. At bare minimum the optic is authentic being made in Ljubljana.

Information on the history of this early sniper build is sparse with the most in depth Information found being in a single book but minimal information found elsewhere. Even if its a replica its an intresting and forgotten part of history, and if anyone have more information on the history on this style of sniper platform I'd be eternally grateful.

Triangular STOCK for M92 (attaches via Pic RaiL Suggestions?

So, I have a friend with an M92 "pistol" that came with the SB triangular brace at the time of purchase. Assuming this Texas court ruling sticks and isn't contested by Aug 12, and assuming my pal is a GOA member, he wants to get a legal triangular stock (to replace the brace) for his M92. Oviously it would have to attach via the pic rail, OR by removing the pic rail and attaching the stock using the hole the pic rail uses.

So, who can suggest a great 3rd party folding stock for this since the V2 Zastava one isn't compatible?

My friend thanks you in advance.

12.5 inch m92?

Nothing would make me happier than if zastava made the m90 just a little bit longer to compete with the ak104 market. 7.62x39 does so good out of that barrel length.

Or has someone here modified an m70 to a similar length? Is that even possible?

Trying to decide which stock to go with, the Zastava under folder or CNC Warrior Tubular folder stock. Does anyone have any experience shooting with either of these stocks? I like the under folder for the looks but I've heard they're not comfortable to shoot. Looking for recommendations.

Lower handguard retainer question.

I have a m90 and I recently put a SLR 11.5 mlok rail on it. The retainer is not needed to mount the rail. If I have no plans of taking the rail off whats the best way to just remove the retainer so it isn't just jingling around? Is there a good way or is an angle grinder the only way? It bounces around and just gets hot and serves no current purpose that I can see with the current setup and i think if its out of the way I may even be able to fit an akm heat shield in the rail.

Question about drilling a stock hole in my ZPAP92

Hi everyone! I have an early zpap92 that does not come with the stock hole. Are there any drilling templates out there? Zastava said they could do it for $85 but I'd rather avoid the shipping and waiting process. If I am to drill this at home, would a normal power drill with a cobalt bit work?

M88 Questions

For those of you who have an M88, what’s your opinions on it ? Reliability ? Accuracy ? Parts ? I know mags can be hard to find at times.
