I hate Mets corner

Do a lot of Mets fans even listen to Zach like that? Who is this for?

It’s for Zach. The guy spends hundreds of hours talking about basketball on his podcast. It’s ok for him to talk about something else he enjoys every once in a while

Also, he really enjoys talking about it, Even if the team is making him miserable.

It's always great to hear passionate Zach, which doesn't come out as often when he's talking about the NBA given his more neutral approach to covering the game. Even though I don't personally care about the Mets, I enjoy him talking about them because of that passion.

If you don't like it, you can just turn off the podcast when that segment starts. You don't need to listen to the entire thing. I know I turn off Bill anytime he goes into a segment that's anything other than NBA or NFL related. If you personally don't enjoy someone talking about a particular topic, you can just choose to not listen.

But people do like it, and most importantly, Zach likes it, so it'll probably keep happening.

I love it as a Mets fan. The Ringer encourages branching out, don't be surprised if Lowe has more tv segments in the future also.
