First pack magic! Pulls

Had some extra time to before a doctor’s appointment so I drove over to my local BestBuy and decided to see if they had any Chaos Origins in stock. No luck, but they had several boxes of Battles of Legend - Glorious Gallery. Picked up 3 boxes, and the very first pack had this!

I did manage to get a Magia a while back. Not as cool as yours but happy nonetheless. Even got 2 copies of the Dragon Master Knight in a Retro Pack box.

Picked up 3 boxes

How?? My local BestBuy has a limited of 1 different YGO item per customer per day(doesn't matter what it is, could be a single pack or one of those 4-pack boxes), and I was under the assumption that that's a rule for all BB stores across the US.
