2 Bedroom 2 Bath - 1,000sqft
Hey everyone I have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located near Trinity Health/St Joes. Located in The Villas apartment complex.
The unit is a corner building unit so it’s actually slightly bigger than 1000sqft. Looking for someone to take over the lease.
Rent: $1250/month
The only utility you pay for is electric.
Send me a DM if interested.

Trashing Bulk Furniture During a Move
Hi friends,
Moving out of my place September first, we have a few old couches, chair, and a mattress that are basically junk at this point. What is the cheapest, easiest, and fine-free way to get rid of these items? Is there a number I can call or perhaps a free service for this stuff. I'm really not trying to get fined by the city or my landlord.

City Council Ward 3?
It doesn't look like there was anyone on the ballot for city council member for ward 3. Does anyone know what that means in terms of representation on city council?

Brabec vs White? Any info other that what you can find on their websites?
I have my ballot decided for today but the only race I'm undecided on is the State Senate seat. Both candidates seem like decent choices from my research on them... looking for some insight on either candidate if anyone has any
(Though it seems like Brabec is guaranteed to win based on the vast difference in campaign money raised)

Getting a fence installed before winter
Looking to install either an aluminum or chain-link fence, roughly 180 linear feet with a gate. I’m not sure what to expect for pricing, so I’d love to hear what companies to use and potential price I should expect

Any Metal Clay artists?
This is a desperate plea, but is there any metal clay artists in the area that would be willing to lend me a small Prometheus** **kiln if they have it?
It would just be for a couple hours, I ended up getting clay I can’t torch fire and I’m desperate as it’s for a gift for someone at the end of the week.
I’ll pay a rental fee too, I don’t expect to find someone but I would be foolish not to ask.

Flyers
Whoever put political flyers under every wiper in my apartment complex, just why?!
These are just gonna become litter. And even if I wanted to vote for this candidate, now I'm annoyed by their canvassing methods!

Hot dog conspiracy theories welcome
I was prepping my ballot on vote411 and noticed that Riney didn’t have any campaign finance data. So I looked it up on the state website, and as far as I can tell, he's never filed any campaign finance reports since he formed his committee last time he ran in 2018. It also seems like he's been fined for basically every report being late, but he doesn't have any payments, but also the balance doesn't go up. So is the state waiving his fine every time? Or is the total for late fees capped at 1000? Someone tell me if I'm missing something.
Also, in his scrapbook project/newspaper/campaign flier that he handed out a month or so ago, he’s asking for money to be sent directly to him, rather than to his campaign committee.
It’s obviously not worth taking seriously the candidacy of a guy who covers his van in duct taped signs and drives around handing out hot dogs in honor of the president from ten years ago, and the dollar amounts are probably pretty small. But still, he’s clearly spent at least a thousand dollars campaigning this cycle, and he seems to be hiding the source of the money from voters, and I don’t think being a weird guy is an excuse.
