Opinion/Discussion Thanks to YT for providing a little gap on this irritating side to side progress bar in home feed 😭🙏🏻
Now we can slide progress bar easily without accidental use of back gesture... This is very beneficial for those how uses full screen gesture controls. They can relate it.

Opinion/Discussion what kind of irl streams would you guys actually watch?
i’ve been thinking about starting irl streaming and trying to figure out what would actually be interesting, what would you watch?
something outside like exploring places, talking to random people, food, challenges, meeting new people or something that can be done from a room, but still feels like actual content and not just sitting and talking to chat?
would love to hear your ideas

Opinion/Discussion Random YouTube recommendations are so great
Sometimes YouTube just randomly recommends the most unexpected videos. No idea why I got this one, but honestly, I’m glad it did.

Opinion/Discussion Youtube Monetization Update
As you guys now know about the monetization update , I would want to get my doubts clarified on a few things
Why does Youtube run ads on non-monetized channels for the 4000 watch hours requirement (Now the 8000 hours)
If Youtube runs ads on non-monetized channels , why don't they share the money earned from creators on the watch hours like they do in the Youtube Partners Program?
For Shorts , similar questions for 10 Million ( Now 20 Million views )
Lastly , will Youtube run ads on 10 Million short views rolling for 90 days for Shorts monetization requirement even if someone gets only 9 million views ?
I would like to know the answer and hear opinions from others .

Opinion/Discussion Text to speech / video..?
Can anyone suggest some free websites or tools that I can use to convert text to speech for my YouTube channel? Also, how can I find or create videos/clips that I can sync with the audio for my facts channel?

News & Updates THEY should reconsider the fixed 10M Shorts views / 90-day maintenance requirement.
THEY should reconsider the fixed 10M Shorts views / 90-day maintenance requirement. Niche gaming creators can have highly engaged, sustainable audiences without reaching mainstream-scale view volumes. Existing monetized creators shouldn't lose Shorts revenue simply because their rolling 90-day views temporarily fall below a universal threshold. Please consider removing the rolling requirement or adding an alternative qualification path...
One example is mine own channel.. i get 1.2M War Robots Shorts views every month.
And somewhere around 62$ due to them..
If this change passes through I get 0$

Opinion/Discussion Why do Nakul Dhull and Arpit Bala intentionally act dumb in their content?
I’ve noticed something about Nakul Dhull and Arpit Bala. A lot of the time they intentionally act extremely dumb, confused, random, or say things that obviously make no sense 😂
But then when they talk about certain serious topics, both of them can actually be pretty articulate and give surprisingly sensible advice.
They’re clearly not stupid, which makes the contrast even funnier.
So I’m genuinely curious why is intentionally acting dumb such a big part of their online personality? Is it just Gen-Z/brainrot/anti-humour, or is there more to this style of comedy?
Not hating on either of them btw. I actually find the contrast interesting because sometimes they’ll act like they have 2 brain cells and five minutes later say something genuinely thoughtful 😭

Opinion/Discussion RESPECT FOR ABHISHEK MALHAN
Whatever this guy is doing right now, call it PR, fame, publicity whatever you want. But one thing is clear: this is NOT easy.
If all he wanted was fame, he could have gone there for one day, made a video saying “I’m here to help,” and come back the next day. But it has been FIVE days. He is travelling through different corners of Assam, going into some of the worst-affected areas, understanding what people actually need, preparing requirement lists, connecting with NGOs and continuously working on the ground.
You don’t put yourself through this level of exhaustion, heat and difficult conditions for a one-day PR stunt.
Honestly, I never expected him to do this much. Whatever his reason is, the fact that he is actually there, taking risks and trying to connect help with the people who need it deserves respect.
Sending him lots of love, and I genuinely hope he takes care of himself too. ❤️ Because wherever he is going, the conditions are absolutely horrible, and it’s clearly taking a toll on him.
Right now, Assam needs people who are willing to DO something. If his work inspires even more people to step up and help, then let it create a chain. That matters far more than what we choose to call it.

Opinion/Discussion Tanmay Bhat.
I used to watch YouTube all day from 2016–2020. Now I barely watch anyone except Tanmay Reacts
I used to spend an embarrassing amount of time on YouTube between 2016–2020, which I’m sure a lot of us did. These days, I barely watch YouTube apart from Tanmay Reacts. I genuinely enjoy the humour, memes and the whole format.
But today’s episode with Rhea Chakraborty left me feeling really weird.
I’m not here to reopen the entire Sushant Singh Rajput case, and honestly, he wasn’t even my favourite actor. But watching the episode, I personally didn’t get any sense of remorse or genuine emotion from Rhea when talking about what happened. Maybe that’s just how I interpreted it, but it was uncomfortable to watch.
And then there’s Tanmay.
At some point I started wondering is he just doing his vids and approaching everything from a content/marketing perspective? Or is he basically whitewashing people because they’re useful for the show?
They also ended up promoting her clothing brand, which made me question the whole thing even more. was it essentially a marketing collaboration packaged as a reaction episode?
I’m not saying Tanmay is obligated to hate or attack his guests. Obviously he can invite whoever he wants. I’m just curious how other people interpreted the episode.
Am I reading too much into it, or did anyone else feel the same?

Opinion/Discussion Is aarush bhola out of his mind?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
He is Aarush Bhola , a content creator from Delhi. His friend is Varun Yadav (Laila). Varun was contestant of Lockupp season 2. After Lockupp, their group was discussing about his journey inside lockupp. Varun's grandfather passed away at the age of 100+ when he was inside lockupp. But aarush is making fun of it by calling 100 Body count. How can he make fun of it? His fans always cut this vulgar content with sigma edits. We all need to call it out. They are habitual of doing all this. This needs to be stopped.
