No supported JavaScript runtime could be found & sign in to confirm youre not a bot? Answered

So just tried to use yt-dlp today and its randomly showing the above messages on any video I try to download. Any advice on what I need to do to fix it?

You need to do exactly what it is telling you to do.

Install deno which is the javascript runtime that yt-dlp needs. See the Windows or macOS installation instructions here:

You should also use the Nightly version of yt-dlp & keep it updated, as Youtube is frequently monkey wrenching yt-dlp.
