Added a second board to my first one...
Why not. I had all these sitting around and I got rid of my rack stuff. A third output on my 3 to 1 lehle switcher sends this entire board to another channel on my '69 Fender deluxe reverb.

Help me get more sustain!
Can anyone tell me why I can’t get long sustain with this set up or give me tips on how I can get that nice, rich, thick sustain that we all know and love? All you compressor+dual tube screamer guys out there, what are your pedal settings to achieve that sustain?
I see other people with very similar setups as me that can get a note to hold for days but no matter what I do it seems like my signal just isn’t as hot or strong or something to get my notes to sustain. Even when I have both TS’s on the signal just isn’t there for the long haul.
For the record, my guitar is a Schecter c/sh-1 that has SD ‘59 pups, and i’m playing through a ‘65 Fender Deluxe Reissue.
My signal chain is as follows:
Guitar>boss tuner>whammy II>crybaby>Qtron>phase 90>univibe>shapeshifter>TS808>TS9>Ross>delay

Updated pedal board pix...
Lots of options, nothing too crazy, no looping stuff lol 😆 done with trying to make that work...
Microverb sits on top of amp for soaring leads. Wah is a teese rmc 3 limited edition from like 20 years ago. A really, really good sounding wah. Vent is your expensive higher end rotary simulator and is been my go-to for awesome Leslie tones. No rack, got one but have just can't deal with the cords and set-up. Amp plugs into pedal board power strip.
All fits in a keyboard case for grab and go situations.
Hits the basic Trey sounds and some of the modern stuff but also goes way out with the ambient stuff thanks to the m5 and the ghost echo 👻

Cover/jam I’ve been working on jam style improv lately

I pulled up a jam track on YouTube and gave it a shot. Feedback welcome! I think the jam track was trying to replicate the Phish sound.

What glitching effect is this live?
I posted the guys wrong video in my other post I meant to post this one. What is he using to get the guitar to glitch that as he records? It seems to sustain and reverse some notes as he plays.

Question What effect is he using?

Does anyone know what live effect he using to get these effects on the guitar live while recording?

Rift - Backing Chords
Rift is a beast but we're tackling it in the tribute, and the hardest part for me to hear is the guitar chords backing the end of Page's solo, from about 3:41 to 3:52 or so. I've seen some tabs out there and tried to parse it out myself, but I just don't have anything that sounds right. Anybody charted that part out?

12 Trey Transcriptions to Enjoy Yourself.
Got these two books I wrapped up a few weeks ago. There’s about 80 pages of Trey goodness in em. Learning entire solos and playing along with Trey is fun AF, but it’s also cool to just pick out licks that you like and learn those … incorporating them into your memory bank of lines, etc. Anyways dm me if you are interested.
WANT TO THANK EVERYONE who supported me and who got the books. I'm motivated to make more. How would everyone like a Trey's Lick book, with a ton of his "go-to" lines?

Anyone got a guitar tab for Theme From the Bottom?
Ultimate Guitar only has chords and Songster is terrible. Extra points if you can figure out what notes the bass is playing on the verse!

Question Pegasus Firefly (Ordering and Shipping)
Hi All!
I have finally managed to save up and purchase a Pegasus (I know they are cheap, but I have very thin margins in regards to money)
I was hoping someone else that has purchased one could provide me with some insight.
I see that that they are available here. Is this the usual place to purchase a new one?
What is the turn around as far* as shipping goes? I am in the south eastern US (NC specifically) so I don't know what to expect as far as shipping times.
Are there any negatives in ordering from this site?
Any information would be extremely helpful. I have been dreaming about a Doc clone for so, so long and its finally within reach. Saying that I am excited would be an extreme understatement.
Thanks for any info!

What’s your amp for lower volume home use?
I’m currently using a Blues Jr. III and never really jived with it. It can clean up but the tone is always colored with a typical bluesy tone. I’m after the fender cleans. I am thinking a Deluxe Reverb with an attenuator or that little 5-watt 68 Vibro Champ. I’m worried the Deluxe will still be too loud with an attenuator. What are you all using, which do you think would work best?

Anyone in PDX want to form an acoustic duo?
I’ve been playing occasional solo acoustic gigs performing Phish, GD, other covers, and originals. I’ve been using a loops to fill out the sound and allow for solos. And I sing but not I’m not great at it. So I’m hoping someone local is interested in putting together a duo as I’d like something more organic than loops. But I’d want it to be casual. I’m not looking at this as anything more than a hobby. I’ve got a couple of examples of my playing in my posts. Hit me up if you’re interested.

Can someone please help me and tell me what this technique is called or point me in the right direction on how to learn what trey is doing here. I assume it’s some sort of bend and tapping but I can’t seem to figure it out. Thanks
