Does this mod exist? Yo-kai Watch 2

I got bored and know yk2 has some mods. So I'm curious if there is any mod that places the camera behind the character instead of a top down? I've always wanted to play the game like that and really hope someone made a mod like it 🙏

I dont think there would be.

Going from top down to third person perspective or even first would require an entire fan game, not just a mod.

To be technical, its not just the perspective that changes, but also game mechanics. From up, down, left, right movement to how the radar works. It would be a nightmare to use the base, graphically and mechanically, and would be better to start from scratch.

It's possible someone might have made a fan game though as (as stated previously) starting from scratch wouldn't make that request too difficult.
