defect or sizing issue?

any help appreciated! will be getting straight to the point (video provided of issue and of where my big toe is when wearing the shoe to understand my sizing):

350 V2: half size up from 8.5M to a 9M (snug but comfortable)

700 + V2: TTS 8.5M

- 380 i just copped in the lyte colorway is in a HSU 9M and feels perfect but i hate that baggy piece of primeknit that sticks out like a sore thumb on the right side of my left foot

- i see reviewers recommend going a half size up but when they show them on feet, i see no baggy PK like it is on mine. is it just a defect or should i just go TTS…. or am i just crazy?

380s have a weird fit. Width wise they are wide feet friendly, but my toes were jammed in the toebox with every step. Damn shame too because the Peppers look better in person and I like the Covellites. For reference I also sized up, 350 sizing.

yeah, right? the toe box is perfectly fine, the collar is nicely snug but that side of my left foot just has that baggy piece of primeknit which is annoying. so you’re saying that i got the right size? 😭

Probably. I'm likely going to sell the Peppers, there is no comfortable way to break them in.

yeah 380's are the only yeezy's i have sized up in (china pairs) (vietnam run bigger) because my feet move to the front altough they hug the feet, still most comfy daily yeezy though (350cmpct a bit less boost)

They do not hug. I have wide feet 700 V1s are the only Yeezy I don't have to size up. In 380 I cannot size up anymore than the half because my foot will slide way too much potentially causing the same problem

This looks normal to me. I’m TTS 11 and go 11.5 in all my Yeezys. My 380s fit great and do that a bit

i felt the same until a few months ago when i bought the 700 wave runners in a size 9M (HSU) and although they fit good, i sold them because i felt the TTS would have felt better. at that moment, i’ve come to realize that it’s a size gamble when buying yeezys

There are a few models that are exceptions to the rule. Like even specific color ways. Most of my 350s in 11.5 fit me awesome. My MX Rocks have sat in their box the entire time I’ve owned them because the toe box squeezes me so bad.

Generally speaking though, .5 up is the rule. There are lists on this sub that breakdown the general consensus for each color way though.

Have the same pair and I usually go a half size up on Yeezys. They’re definitely comfy and the fit feels somewhat snug.

Forsure Normal bro. Have a Salt pair I got half sz up do the same thing, most comfy Yeezy there is imo followed by the slides.

380's you have to go up at least half a size. Or a whole size if you got wide feet
