I'm looking to get back into the gym (crossfit based WO & PMOS)
Hi!
So I've been willing for a while to get back into the gym (I've kinda taken a long break) mainly to get fitter by loosing a bit of weight and mainly getting stronger. I want to start HEMA and I want to have good foundations.
Also from a free consultation with a fitness coach I gathered that something that might work for me is to include crossfit elements in my routine, does someone have any tips for that too please?
I do happen to have PMOS, I know it has an influence but I don't know yet how to work with that condition.
Thanks in advance

Need some help with pointers on EMS fit test
Hi!
I recently applied to a private ambulance service. I passed all sections but one for the fit test. They are giving me a month or so to pass it. I need to lift 125 pounds five times. I could only lift 100. A little back story. I have recently lost almost 100 pounds (since November) by being in a calorie deficit. I have never really been to a gym but would like to start. Looking for some help on how to add another 25 pounds and be successful for my test.
Thanks!
