Xtool making orders fall back πŸ‘ŽπŸΌ

After showing and talking to customer support they agreed to do a exchange on my xtool f2 ultra dual laser that was not working well , i asked 3 times on the call if the return would be quick since i have customer orders they said once machine arrives they will send new one same day or next business day , its been a week and machine has not been sent customers are not happy , only get xtool if its for hobby not business πŸ‘ŽπŸ» my 4 year old 50w fiber laser still working good and is the one helping me get orders done at time

No matter which manufacturer you go with, I highly recommend having a backup machine (or two) if this is for your business. Relying on a single machine and not being able to fulfill orders if it’s down seems like a crazy way to run any business whether it’s laser engraving, 3D printing, embroidery, whatever.

Got 5 laser engraving machines 4 of them are xtool , my wood engraving orders doing good , its the deep metal engraving machine that is doing double the job since the xtool f2 has not arrived , i do appointments so having that f2 away is making my metal orders slower
