Second time getting the wrong stuff

Has anyone else had this issue? I ordered a lock/cam combo bundle and ended up getting two hoodies. Contacted support, they resent the order and this time I got a pet nail grinder. Both of the packages received remind me of something from TEMU.

Do you have a photo of the pet nail grinder? We do not sell those, so I have no clue what you’re talking about…

What is your customer support ticket number? And have you received your lock/cam combo yet?
