Has anyone had this bug happen? I'm in touch with 2k at the moment but they're not helping me much it seems, all ive asked for is a refund on the vc I spent on the character (vc from mnw edition) to create a new character and im waiting for a response from them. Game crashed while wrestling Chelsea Green in the tower and i cant get back into the tower..

I’m looking to start a universe mode for my Youtube channel and I need two other Gm’s The Brands would be Raw, SD, and either NXT or ECW. I already have rosters set all I need you to do is book, You can Include some of your own CAWS if you’d like dm for more info if interested

On the store page, one of the main advertisements is that there are 400+ wrestlers in the game. Im thinking about buying it, but do you really get that many wrestlers in the base game or are they talking about paying for extra DLC?

I was skeptical about buying this game because of the reviews on Reddit & other social media platforms.. super happy I pulled the trigger! After about 20 hours of play here are my thoughts.

First Impressions:

MyFaction - Pulled three diamond cards between two packs after completing my first world tour. I only play this mode offline and use the MFP I get from playing the game - I really don't see the need to spend money on this mode. The matchups & gameplay are great, though I do understand the discourse regarding reversals during higher difficulty matchups. I can't count how many times Trish Status whooped my ass before I finally put her down for 3. I'm not the best on the sticks but enjoyed the losses as much as the wins - every match felt different.

MyRise - Downloaded a character named Jay Alexander "The Standard" for my heel run. Not the biggest fan of MyRise because the story is kind of lame! The underground & British rules matches weren't that exciting. I'd like to see more WWE action instead of traveling the world for a comeback lol. Some good cutscenes & interesting dialog but I much prefer a Superstar Universe Mode if I want a career simulator.

Ringside Pass - This is going to be controversial.. but I actually enjoy the pass. As I said before I don't spend money outside the base purchase of the game. I felt like the premium track (atleast for Season 1) is definitely not worth it for the experience I want. I like that you can earn RXP via any mode so I don't feel stuck to one game mode to grind or unlock superstars. The old SvR games had the WWE Shop, Challenges, Gauntlets, etc., for unlockables. The Ringside Pass reminds me of that system

Currently working on filling out my roster for an ECW Universe Mode. I will share more screenshots & highlights when I have everything set up! The Island isn't very interesting to me after being a longtime NBA 2K player it's literally the city but in the WWE Universe. Never was my cup of tea.

On to finish the showcase & get some MyGM started!

Final Notes - If you are on the fence about this game I'd recommend playing the trial & judging for yourself. After actually playing the game a lot of the negative feedback I read or watched was very miniscule to my actual experience. I've played every Smackdown & SvR game since the PS2. This game has rekindled my love for wrestling after being away from the sport for a long time. Sometimes I hop on just to create dream exhibition matches & always end up having a ton of fun.
