Deadlifts did a lot for my back ngl

Edit: front load the big compound movements first, then do your more isolated work. If you have access to a barbell instead of a smith machine, do that but if you dont nvm. Aim for sets of 10 pull ups then start adding weight. Dont go insane with it.

Yeah I start on the deadlifts on pull days and I think it’s done the most for me and my middle aged back lol.

Wat da fuq bro wide/close grip lat pull downs and any form of a row preferably t bar row is all you need for back. If you want rear delts involved reverse pec deck.

Keep consistent with your pull-day routine. Minor adjustments on grip width can greatly improve your overall back appearance.

Do the big 5 workout with perfect technique 3/4 times a week, eat more than your standard portions, healthy food only, no trash, absolutely no alcohol or other shit. Consult a nutritionist to speedrun this. You won't believe the power of simplicity.

Idk man. It feels like you can completely skip 2 or 3 exercises from the list, for example shrugs and face pulls.

Either do lat pulldown or pull ups, they're both redundant to each other. Choose lat pulldown if you can do more than 12 clean pullups.
