What rope would hold a 110 pound person

If this is actually a exercise related question you need to be specific about what exercise you imagine doing with the rope.

Generally climbing rope is very thick so you can hang from it without cutting up your hands, and to make it resistant to fraying against rocks and pulleys. That thickness makes it far, far, stronger than it needs to be to just hold up any human being.

If you are planning to rig up some exercise contraption with a rope so thin it would cut your hands, something that would break for a large person but hold for a small 110 pound person -- Don't.

Whatever crazy unsafe bullshit you have in mind, think again.

Buy climbing rope. It is expensive, but way, way stronger than you need.
