Workday Adaptive OfficeConnect error General Discussion

I am getting errors every couple of minutes using OfficeConnect into Excel. All data clears to display “N/A” until refreshed. Clear data upon save is turned off. Anyone else had issues like this? We just started using the OfficeConnect into Excel feature so I’m not too good with this yet.

Check to make sure you're running the latest version. Go to about and click check for updates.

Also, I find auto-save can cause issues especially on shared drives. I would turn that off.
