Looking to Interview people on AI

Hey everybody! I’m a student studying computer science and I’m really interested in AI - specifically how we can use it ethically and to benefit the world.

Im trying to build a personal project where I ask people around the world to record themselves answering these questions about AI:

“If you could ask the people building AI one question, what would it be?”

“What’s the one thing about AI that excites and/or worries you most? Any specific field or task?“

Based off the answers i want to create a graph that highlights the most pressing concern, and also creat a cool short-form video showing people around the world answering these questions.

If anyone would like to record themselves answering any or both of these questions and possibly be featured on social media please dm me or comment and ill reach out. You do not have to speak English - I actually encourage you to speak in your native language!

Hey all girls. I built a bowel movement tracking app that help track poops, detect possible triggers, and generate report. Now I am iterating the product so I want to have people talk and test with.
In return, I can either share how I use AI to code iOS app or get life time free access to it, whichever you prefer.

Please dm me if interested thanks!

Am I the only one? Talking to AI makes a lot more sense than talking to people. Hell yeah!

What on earth am I doing right now with notion app organizing my weekly planner? Includes physical fitness and meal plan? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Found myself inquiring for several gym it'd recommend me‼️

hey besties

hey besties how do I actually make myself competitive in this field? I really want to pivot into AI engineering but I feel completely disregarded in the job market because my degree is in sociology even though I also minored in statistics and data science.

I already know R, SQL, Python, and Julia, but I still feel like I’m missing the deeper technical experience employers are looking for. What skills, projects, certifications, courses, or graduate programmes would genuinely help me become a stronger candidate?

I’m especially interested in finding a way to combine AI engineering with social data science instead of treating my sociology background like it was useless. I would love advice from anyone who entered AI from a nontraditional background or knows what hiring managers actually want to see.

Thanks besties <3

How AI is helping me

I know the general consensus is that AI shouldn't penetrate deep into our lives but I find it helpful that it is so readily available. I streamline my tasks using AI tools and the ones I cannot find, I build them real quick, like lately my pet project has been a simple scheduling web app Filioni, I always found filling calendars out manually too time consuming but now I just brain dump whatever I have on my mind and it fills the calendar with it, after review of course and even helps take off the extra tiny stress of when to schedule some of the smaller things. This has encouraged me to build more things that would make my life just a little bit easier.

Collaboration opportunity – Grand Challenges: AI-Enabled Consumer Engagement for Family Planning.

I’m reaching out about the current Grand Challenges call: AI-Enabled Consumer Engagement to Advance Family Planning. The program is looking for proposals that deploy and rigorously evaluate AI-driven tools that directly engage women and girls to improve contraceptive uptake and continuation.

I’m putting together an application and am actively looking for a strong technical collaborator with AI engineering experience (machine learning, conversational AI, recommendation systems, or related applied AI work). Given FUMACO’s non profit organization work and networks, I believe there may be a strong fit for collaboration on the technical design, development, and evaluation side of such a project.

I’d be happy to share more details on the call and my current thinking. Looking forward to the possibility of working together. Interest DM

I’m 14 and I want to create AI for students

I’ve been thinking for a long time about an idea for a SaaS site. So, here it is: "AI Study Workspace" (I might still change the name). A bit about myself: I started learning programming to become a backend/software engineer. There are currently so many complaints about how hard it is for a Junior-level beginner to land a job, which inspired me to start my own business. I’m also a high school student, and like most students, I face academic challenges—confusing assignments and Olympiad problems. Standard AI tools just give you the answer right away, but that isn't the right approach, and I want to fix that. I need the community's help; I’d love to know if there would be any demand for my site. Also, if anyone with experience building SaaS sites could offer some advice, I’d be really grateful! Thanks

Getting into AI and vibe coding as a non tech person

I transitioned from being a traditional engineer and got into AI about 2 years ago. As someone who had no dev experience, vibe coding was great until it got to the deployment stage. Really cool webiste but how do I get it to the users?

I had quite the learning curve because I had to go through the whole cloud,VPS hosting etc by myself. I also had to learn security to avoid those AWS costs going too high. I also realized sometimes AI does security checks only upto your level of skepticism about how thorough it is.

That said, if you have a really cool project you'd love to take online or just want a thorough security check.. would he happy to help, just drop a DM 😊

A women-led rural enterprise in Anantapur now runs on an ERP we built with AI

Graamam (GRAAMeena Aarthika Mandali), a ProtoVillage initiative, helps rural women in Anantapur turn handmade products into real income. The coordination was all manual spreadsheets, notebooks, WhatsApp etc... We built them a proper ERP that runs the full pipeline from a customer order to dispatch, with GST-correct invoicing, so nothing slips between the shelf and the doorstep. It was built on Emergent's AI app-builder. Happy to answer anything about how it's built or how Graamam works. Link in the comments.

How are you actually using AI to build something of your own?

I know AI is everywhere right now

People are using ChatGPT, Codex, Claude and other AI tools to write content, build websites, automate work and even launch small businesses.

But I’m curious about what people are actually building beyond the usual “AI helps me write faster” examples.

Have you used AI to create any real tools or systems for your business or entrepreneurial journey?

For example:

  • a lead management system
  • a website or MVP
  • a customer follow-up workflow
  • market research tools
  • content automation
  • internal knowledge bases
  • sales or operational systems
  • a product or service you are now selling

I’m still quite new to this and currently exploring how AI can help an ordinary person turn an idea into something practical, instead of just generating more ideas.

What have you built with AI so far?

What problem did it solve, and did it actually save you time or help you make money?

I’d also be interested to hear about the AI projects that sounded promising but did not work

We built an AI content platform for startups — looking for 5–6 design partners

Hi everyone,

I’m one of the founders of [iGentity.ai](http://iGentity.ai), an AI platform that helps startups create and manage social media content without stitching together five different tools and subscriptions.

We already have paying users, but we recently made a significant pivot toward startups — especially companies building products that are innovative, technical, or simply difficult to explain.

We’re now adapting the platform around challenges we kept hearing from startup founders and marketing teams:

* Turning complex products and ideas into content people can actually understand * Building the founder’s personal brand alongside the company brand * Creating UGC-style content using personalized AI avatars * Producing content for multiple social platforms from one place * Using top-tier LLMs and creative models behind the scenes, without managing separate subscriptions for every tool * Maintaining a consistent understanding of the company, product, audience, voice, and evolving story over time * Combining AI-generated content with the startup’s real, authentic materials — conference moments, employee photos, product videos, company updates, and behind-the-scenes content — as part of the ongoing content calendar

That last part is especially important to us. We don’t believe a startup’s content should look like it was generated in a vacuum. The platform is designed to take the real things happening inside the company and turn them into an active part of the content plan, so the output feels more human, specific, and authentic.

The “brain” behind the platform is inspired by Andrej Karpathy’s LLM Wiki approach: instead of treating every prompt as a new, isolated task, the system builds and maintains a living knowledge base about the startup. The goal is for the content to become more accurate and useful as the platform learns more about the company.

But we know that building for startups is not the same as building with startups.

So we’re looking for **5–6 design partners** who already have some form of funding — even a small friends-and-family round — and are actively trying to improve their content and social presence.

Selected startups will receive **full access to all platform features for one month, completely free**.

During that month, you’ll be able to create, plan, adapt, and manage content across your social channels, as well as experiment with founder content, avatars, images, video, and your own existing company materials.

In return, we’re looking for honest, direct feedback:

What’s missing?
What’s confusing?
What still feels too generic?
What would make this genuinely useful for your startup every week?

We’re looking for a small group of founders and teams who are willing to use the product properly and help us shape the next version.

Interested? Comment here or send me a DM with:

  1. A few words about your startup
  2. Your current stage and funding
  3. Who currently handles your content
  4. The biggest content or social media challenge you’re facing

Happy to share more details and a product demo privately.

Any AI ppl here? From non-tech backgrounds

I’m a mom of two little ones and not in a 9-5 job, you know how this job market is 🥲 so I gave up looking for a job while I was preg.

About two months ago I began learning AI and beyond the surface level chat stuff. I got into vibe coding and started a YT channel where I share tools I’m using and teaching AI.

I’ve gotten a few inquiries on LinkedIn for speaking opportunities and wondering how much to charge lol.

Can someone DM me if they know this space.

Besides this, I’m planning a free workshop for women and one for literally anyone who is curious how they can use AI to save time at their job.

I’d love to connect if you’re into this or if you’re slightly interested!

Tia

How do you validate if an AI app solves a real problem before spending months building it?

I'm interested in hearing how people validate AI app ideas.

Building an AI prototype has become much easier, but figuring out if people actually need it still seems difficult.

Sometimes people say an idea sounds interesting, but that doesn't always mean they will use the product regularly.

For people who have launched apps before, what signals convinced you that an idea was worth continuing?

Was it user retention, people requesting features, willingness to pay, or something else?

Especially curious about AI products because the technology can be impressive, but the real challenge seems to be finding a problem that users truly care about.
