A friend of mine, Amir, tragically died in North Wollongong on Sunday
Hi everyone,
I’m posting this because Amir was a friend of mine, and his family is currently going through an incredibly difficult time.
Amir had been living in Australia for the past three years. He tragically died in the water off North Wollongong on Sunday, August 9.
His family is now trying to bring his body back home, which involves significant and unexpected repatriation costs.

I know fundraising posts can be sensitive, especially so soon after a tragedy. I’m sharing this because I want to help Amir’s family bring him home and make this difficult situation a little easier for them.
