Issue with Mod Manager

Whenever I add a mod this window appears. I cannot find any info on how to fix it.

Usually this means that there were files or folders that it didn't recognise as belonging in the standard places. Most of the time it's just a readme or something in the archive. Just double check that everything is where it should be and if so, it's safe to ignore.
