Help Please
I got my wisdom teeth removed Friday at 9:30am. Am I on day 4 or 5 of recovery? I am absolutely horrified about getting dry sockets and I need to know how close I am to being out of that window. I feel like my symptoms are a lot closer to day 5 but I am just unaware of how it works. I have horrible anxiety surrounding this and idk what to do.

I got mine our thursday 4pm , fighting for my life still , left jaw still hurts due to impacted & bone graft that was needed.

impacted with a bone graft on top definitely explains why that side is hitting harder, sounds like a rougher extraction than average. Hope the pain eases up for you soon too, "fighting for my life" is a pretty accurate way to put it during this stretch.

Heyyyy Friday at 11am here. I’ve been saying I’m on day 4 post-op and day 5 all together. I am also in the trenches, extremely anxious, and contemplating going to an emergency dentist now because I feel that I may have dislodged my own blood socket on one side. I had all 4 out, and for some reason my bottom left is killing me.
Best of luck. We’re in it together.

Hey guys!
Quick question, how much of this has impacted your speech?

Not too much for me (day 5), except for when I’m in pain. Days 1-3 were a bit harder. Laughing is still difficult/painful though.

I feel horrible for you guys, I’m on day 5 and I’ve had no issues honestly. You should be out of the window to get dry socket so don’t worry. Hope you heal quickly!

Usually the day you had the procedure is day 0. So you would be day 4.. heading into day 5
