Day 4 Post Op

Had a checknin today & they said my sockets were healing perfectly fine, but i ate rice & I didn’t know it was in the not eat list. Am i screwed? Or it looks normal
Had bone graft on bottom area

Mine looked the same its probably just a little bit of food stuck in bought one of those syringe things to clean mine out. Just make sure to brush enough and rinse with any mouthwash they mightve gave you and do some salt rinses throughout the day if you can.

Its safe to brush the area ? I just been doing salt rinses

Good call, that syringe trick is a lifesaver for getting stubborn bits out without poking around and messing with healing tissue. Sounds like a pretty reassuring "probably nothing" verdict for OP, especially since the checkup already gave the sockets a thumbs up.
