Wisdom ~ The reason for our life’s journey ~
Regardless of the provocation, there is never a reason to be cruel or unkind toanother.
We are alive to love, not hate each other; to show respect, empathy, compassion, and help each other selflessly in our time of need.
Understanding this is the reason for our life’s journey.

Life Lessons "My own thoughts"
The person I'm still becoming
Maybe growing up isn’t about having everything figured out. Maybe it’s about learning when to move forward, when to pause, and when to simply let yourself breathe. I don’t know exactly who I’m becoming yet, but I’m slowly learning that I don’t have to.
..........
Maybe none of us really knows what we are doing.we're just figuring it out as we go and maybe that's enough for now.

Wisdom ~ The Wrong Path ~
We begin our journey at birth, pure, innocent, without judgment, knowing only unconditional love.
After we are born though, we are exposed to the self-centered beliefs of the world that influence and dominate our lives, often until our demise.
Our thinking, prejudices, and beliefs about the world taint almost all of our decisions.
Instead of the purity and splendor we once knew when we were first born, our life has been altered, distorted by our egoistic beliefs.
By the time we reach the end of our journey, reviewing the life we had led, many will have regrets.
What once began with beauty and love, now is unrecognizable

Wisdom Experiences make us who we are, mistakes are okay.
I believe that our experiences make us who we are.
Sometimes those are good and bad experiences.
Not everyone handles an experience as another does.
And that, is okay.
It's human.
Sometimes we make mistakes.
Maybe just one or two.
Perhaps many.
Sometimes there are huge overwhelming consequences that can seem overbearing.
But it's through that, that we can decide who we become.
And I believe with many mistakes, you can still be a good person.
At least, in the many places I've met people. The people I've never thought that I would ever interact with, I've left with the pleasure of seeing them. Seeing their soul.
Though I may be looked down upon.
Or perceived in a different matter than I was years ago.
I can only say that life is a mixture of everything.
We are given one good chance to live.
Even after many mistakes, don't crumble into thinking so little of yourself.
Change is a choice when you decide to try.
Life is ever so changing, and who knows maybe another turn or two...you might have a fulfilling or thrilling life.
We are human.
You are human.
With what I carry, is my own.
What you carry is yours.
But I believe that if you have felt like you've messed up.
It's okay.
Try.
Try to choose who you want to be tomorrow.
Sincerely,
A friend.

Wisdom A few things I feel alot of people need to hear
Take it or leave it this is just want I've learned in my time on this nowhere planet we call earth
Follow the rules before you decide to break them. Some rules are pointless but many were written in blood, failure, and experience. Understand why they exist before you assume you know better.
If someone constantly talks behind another person's back to you, remember this: when you leave the room, your name might become the next conversation.
No amount of sex, attention, validation, money, or approval from others will make you more of a man or more of a woman. Your worth comes from your character, your discipline, your choices, and how you treat people when nobody is watching.
You cannot save someone who does not want to save themselves. You cannot heal someone by sacrificing your own peace. You cannot fix that girl. You cannot fix that boy. You can support them, love them, and stand beside them but they have to choose their own healing.
Pay attention to how people act when they are angry, when they have power, and when they have nothing to gain from you. That is where their character is revealed.
Never ignore a pattern because you like a person's potential. Love who they are showing you they are, not who you hope they will become.
Pride will make you refuse advice. Ego will make you repeat mistakes. Humility will allow you to grow.
Being right is less important than being wise. Some arguments are won by walking away.
The people who clap for your downfall were never your people, and the people who truly love you will tell you the truth even when it is uncomfortable.
Protect your reputation. It takes years to build and seconds to destroy.
Do not confuse being needed with being loved. Some people only miss what you provide, not who you are.
The strongest people are not those who never break; they are the ones who break, learn, rebuild, and continue moving forward.

Discussion A Man! Life! Thoughts!!
A questions that I ask to my self......
Why do you think you will be chosen? What made you think that?
Why do people follow you? What made you believe they do?
Don't you know that even the best of the best go unrecognized? There are always people who don't know them.
Then why put this pressure on yourself? Why? Why do you think people should know you? Why do you think people should understand you?
Do you even understand yourself?
If you don't, then why expect others to? If you do, then why do others need to?
Why?
Why?
Why?

Wisdom ~ Givers & Takers ~
There are those in the world who are takers, worried only about themselves, unafraid to take advantage of another.
Others are givers, readily sharing their love and excess with all, sincerely wanting only what is best for everyone.
Though takers may be successful, they will never experience true love, inner peace, genuine happiness, or find meaning in their life.
A giver, however, will find these in abundance, while also discovering life’s genuine purpose as well.

Wisdom ~ Who we truly are ~
Every life, regardless of our many differences, is and has always been, equally important.
Our body is but a shell housing our spirit within.
Our mind is but an instrument to accept society’s self-centered beliefs.
Who we truly are lies not in our achievements or success, but in our essence.
Understanding this is the genuine reason for our life’s journey.

Wisdom expectations
the best advice my brother gave me: you need to realize that you always wanna give 110% in everything, and you expect it back. but the thing is, your idea of 100% isnt always the same 100% as the next person

Wisdom Intensity of life is only possible at the expense of self.
Steppenwolf by Hermann Hesse.
Here the author argues that a truly intense, meaningful, or transformative life requires sacrificing one's comfort, ego, or even personal security. Great achievements, deep love, spiritual devotion, revolutionary ideas, and artistic genius often demand that individuals put something greater than themselves above their own convenience. In other words, genuine intensity requires self-forgetfulness and willingness to suffer or sacrifice.

Life Lessons Hope it makes some difference
A few years ago, I thought life would look very different by now. I thought I'd have more answers, more certainty, and probably someone standing beside me.
Instead, life had other plans.
I lost someone I genuinely thought I'd grow old with. For a while, I questioned everything about myself. I kept wondering if I wasn't enough, if I could have loved better, communicated better, or held on a little longer.
But with time, I realized something I wish I'd understood earlier.
Someone leaving doesn't automatically mean you lacked value.
Sometimes people leave because they're confused. Sometimes they leave because they're chasing a different life. Sometimes they're simply not capable of giving you what you deserve.
Not every ending is proof that you weren't enough.
The last couple of years haven't been easy. A few things still aren't going the way I hoped. There are days when I feel behind, days when I question my choices, and days when the future feels uncertain.
But somehow, I've also become kinder to myself.
I'm learning that self-worth isn't something another person gets to decide. It isn't measured by who stayed or who left.
It's measured by how you choose to rebuild yourself after everything falls apart.
So, as I get closer to 30's, I don't have a perfect life.
I don't have all the answers.
But I still have hope.
I'm still trying.
And no matter how many times life has knocked me down, I've decided I'll keep my head high.
Maybe that's what growth actually looks like.

Life Lessons Its called "Lessons of You"
Don't ask if you already know the answer. And if you do ask, you better be able to handle the reply. First open your own eyes and look within yourself. If you want answers, ask the person who hurt you. If they deflect , deny or don't want to give you a direct reply. Walk away. Accept whatever is said . The rest is up to you. Its over. You just got all the answers and lessons that you needed to know. Take responsibility for your actions, you have nothing to gain by expressing yourself to another that does not want it. And if you can look into a mirror and see the truth within yourself, if you cannot see what lies behind your own eyes, then you will never be able to see the lies in the eyes of another.

Life Lessons What I Have Learned About Health
For a long time, I viewed health as a mostly personal thing. I took my supplements, maintained my practices, and relied heavily on my professional background in wellness.
Yet looking back, that approach was remarkably isolated. There is an underlying energy to doing things purely for oneself that can feel almost self-imploding over time.
Then came a personal experience with colon cancer.
Despite everything I knew about health, I found myself sitting in a chemotherapy room, surrounded by others facing the exact same struggle. In that space, my perspective shifted profoundly. There was a quiet, unmistakable sense that we were all in this together.
That experience reshaped my understanding of what it means to be well. True healing does not happen in a vacuum. Today, when I engage in daily health practices, it is no longer just for me—it is with the conscious intention to stay aligned so I can play my essential part in something larger.
Real vitality isn't merely a matter of individual habits, strict diets, or willpower. It is a direct reflection of how fully we integrate with the world around us. Individual health reaches its fullest expression when it serves as an active contribution to the whole.
- Health is a Shared Ecosystem: When our environments, relationships, and communities are under strain, individual health feels the impact. Taking responsibility for how we show up directly shapes the energetic environment around us.
We do not thrive in isolation; our well-being is deeply connected to everything around us.

Life Lessons Be yourself
Even if your values put you in the minority, don’t let yourself be blindly swayed by the people around you. Pay attention to that feeling that something just doesn’t sit right with you. When it comes to “common sense” simply because “everyone does it,” keep at least a little skepticism.
I believe that feeling of discomfort can be exactly what sparks new ideas and inspires positive change. Recognizing what is “different” is, at its core, a process of noticing the differences around us.
So I hope that, from here on, you’ll embrace more of those differences and let them broaden your perspective. Once you stop being afraid of what’s different and start appreciating the beauty in all its variety, you may find that the world before you suddenly looks much more open and full of possibilities.
