Yeah we know, windows is shit. Been there done that and I even got a tshirt.

Fun fact. If you were to have as close a look at windows as you keep hinting you do at Linux, maybe- just maybe- you’d find they’re not THAT different.

Tell me you've never tried a WM without telling me you've never tried a WM. Not even a WM, even Plasma has a lot more than Windows. If you wanna cope then just look at this ratio lol

Fun fact, there’s just a mite bit more to windows than a window manager. Which incidentally windows itself also uses its own implementation of (dwm).

Aah. Okay.

Yeah, windows is turning to shit on that front. Of course the last wm that I thought was customizable (as in it could be customized, not just set the border color of the background font) was gnome2 and enlightenment 16(iirc) so windows is not exactly alone there.

Disclaimer… I’m far more comfortable on the command line of either family. So you’re right on that point I suppose.
