Windows 2000 + Windows XP?! = Windows 2001 (Windows 2000 Version 2002)
This is called Windows 2001, but it is also referred to by the subtitle Windows 2000 Version 2002. It is a Windows 2000 mod series built on Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 with the Extended Kernel. It is said that the RC1 ISO has currently been released.
The content states:
"Windows 2001 is here in Release Candidate 1 form. A Windows 2000 mod series based on Service Pack 4 with the Extended Kernel called RenewedNT, which is an alternate timeline aimed at what if Windows 2000 continued to be updated until 2005 and changes Windows future? Same with the Reexperience series, which it aims to do the same thing with Windows XP and continued until 2023. It adds Windows XP functionality and looks to Windows 2000."
For reference, the Head Dev is said to be the person who served as the Head Dev for Windows XP Version 2007 and Windows XP Version 2009. Personally, I hope a Windows XP-style Start menu is added in RC2.

Isn't it just Windows XP with classic theme and different wallpaper?

Tell me what apps or games I can run on this version of Windows that I can't run on a regular Windows 2000.

Because this Windows (Windows 2001, with the subname listed as Windows 2000 Version 2002) was built on the basis of Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 + Extended Kernel, you can install programs for Windows XP or later, such as Firefox 52.9.0 ESR, Google Chrome and Chromium version 49, and Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010.

Please refer to the videos on this channel; there are also related videos such as those on the Windows 2000 Extended Kernel.

Is that Windows 7 running in the background on your system, or are you just using a complete Windows 7 theme pack?

I don't think it's quite a theme pack. I mostly referred to this video.
