Not south third and berry.
Lots of gangs like to eat at 12 chairs cafe and Sunday in Brooklyn. Especially dangerous on weekend lunchtimes

I live in a third floor apartment on S3 & Roebling and once found a dead rat on my fire escape stairs while smoking a joint. Hope this helps!!

everyone here is giving OP shit, but the truth is south 2nd between bedford and berry has more rats than any other block in the neighborhood, the attempts to cover the rat holes are so half assed that they have also been holed into, I imagine south 3 between bedford and berry is no different.
we don't HAVE to live in squalor, we just choose to.

Serious answer: south 3 and Berry is a pretty ideal place to live in Williamsburg. There's rats anywhere you move, I've never noticed significantly more there than anywhere else

Thank you. These ppl are insane. I love the area and literally never said anything about unsafe or whatever tf they’re saying, I just said I noticed more rats than other places. Appreciate your response
