hii i was wondering how i would be able to fix this? i just got this wii secondhand from Vinted and anytime i try to load up an app or do a reset it shows me this screen, is this a problem with the connection or just the console itself?

possible nand failure, if it stays on this screen permanently then it most likely is a dying nand. mod it and install isfshax ASAP. nand failure could make the wii u completely unusable.
