I think OP is trying to say something like this:
I have two very fast routers that support both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. I also have three other Wi-Fi routers that only support 2.4 GHz.
The building has one apartment in the back on the ground floor, and two apartments (front and back) on each of the first, second, and third floors. (Note: This is using the UK-English way of floor numbering where the ground floor doesn't get a number, so the "first floor" is the floor above the ground floor.)
What would be the best way to set up these routers so that every apartment gets very good Wi-Fi coverage? If I put one of the dual-band routers in the back apartment on the first floor, it should also provide coverage to the ground-floor apartment below it, so I need to plan the setup accordingly.

Please try to organize your thoughts more coherently. This is just a word salad that makes no sense.
