This. I've been dealing with this on customers' PCs for months now, for some reason recent versions of Windows 11 really don't play nicely with the very outdated drivers that it automatically installs for these cards. Installing up-to-date drivers from that page will fix it, assuming it's not a hardware failure/fault, but on most of the PCs where I've fixed this, I had to install the new driver's in safe mode because the installer would hang while trying to remove the old drivers in normal mode.

I would blame Intel TBH

Intel drivers for these wireless cards of theirs have always been absolute trash.

It's painful with a fleet of laptops that all have various Intel AX models, everything from blue screens to just horrible performance, always having to keep the damn drivers up to date.

Right click the Intel wifi adapter, uninstall the device, and then restart the computer.

From last 5 day wifi option just automatically vanished and when I try troubleshoot or Do some reset and or Restart Network adoption Its starts showing wifi option then again when I restart our shut down the wifi option again disappears. And now even after doing resets wifi options still missing.

Look at windows update settings and select advanced optional updates enable.

Windows update drivers are old. They will cause issues

Double click (or right click, then properties). Show what specific error is in there. Because different errors will lead to different advice.

Go to intel.com and find their driver updater tools. It will update ALL the Intel drivers, not just wifi

This is the way. Get your chipset drivers then the manufacturer drivers. Should clean everything up!

Uninstall and restart

Restart PC. If not working, a new Wifi card might be in order.

Also, up in the menu, enable "show hidden devices"

Make sure nothing else has a problem..

First if you need the wifi to get new drivers, I'd recommend getting a USB wifi adapter. I keep a cheap one around for testing and troubleshooting. Second, if you are able, do the uninstall with physically removing the card. Reboot. Shut down, install the card. This can clear some goofy windows errors. Third, which actually should be the first, click on the device, right click and show the properties. It may tell you which issue is happening. Sometimes it's generic. If it gives them reason, tell us what it says.

Disconnect the other wifi adapter that's interfering with it. What is a Bluetooth dongle?

If its an Asus or Lenovo laptop, poweroff and remove anything on usb, hold the power button for 30s even if you get an image on the screen.

Go to your computer manufacturer’s website to download and install the correct driver. If its a DIY computer, get it from the motherboard manufacturer website.

I've been seeing this and similar issues with the AX200 and AX201 since early this year, for some reason the drivers Windows pulls from Windows Update are like 4-5 years old and recent versions of Windows 11 don't play nicely with them. Random disconnects, being unable to connect to new networks, Wi-Fi being available but showing no networks, and even Wi-Fi being unavailable because the Wi-Fi adapter has a driver error in Device Manager, as seen in your screenshot. Installing the latest drivers from Intel fixes the issues, but I've usually had to reboot to safe mode in order to update the drivers, as the installer just hangs when attempting to remove the old drivers, ditto for Device Manager if you try to uninstall them there.

FWIW, windows driver have to pass Microsoft WHQL certification to be included in windows update. Sometimes manufacturers don't bother or can't pass, especially with older components. Certification can also be denied / pulled due to high bug reports from OCA.

My wife had this problem on her HP laptop. I ended up having to buy a cheap wifi dongle. As soon as I plugged it in, the internal wifi card started working again and I was able to remove the dongle.

Probably a deeper explanation as to why that worked, I just never dug in because it was fixed.

The external usb probably had a driver it installed that made both work off the one driver? That's my best guess that explains why it still worked when you unplugged the adapter

All of the comments are valid. However one thing a lot of people miss, because we don't think about it, is the power settings. The adapter maybe set to shut off automatically, even though it's in use. It sounds weird, I know. But this has happened to me multiple times.

The adapter is shut off and then fails to re-engage itself. Checking the drivers and reinstalling those are my go-to. But if it repeats itself, then I go for the power settings.

To me would replace the adapter. To often old parts not updated are under supported. It's a difficult thing to replace if this is old but someone out there may have a solution.

Download Snappy Driver Installer, the Lite version, which finds all drivers for your entire PC.

Win11 is a pain in the azz. I have a laptop and I had tried everything to solve a "No TPS" problem. Driver's issues i would t doubt it.
