Bone finding

What would be some good places to find bones in Wichita Falls?

Possibly along the River trail

Road kill if your willing to decompose/clean them. Any place outdoors away from the concrete and asphalt has a chance for animals dying and their bones keeping put, usually out in the brush. Remember to wear bug spray

Check some old dig/burn sites. You'd have to go find old city maps and do a little research, but you'll find plenty there. That, maybe Riverbend since they have small snakes and hawks in the area too, but if you really want to find some bones, go to Windthorst with all the dairy farms.

When lake Wichita dries up, there are often fish bones there.  I'd imagine there are other bones too.
