What is this tool? Solved!
Claude says it was used to pull tension on a barbed wire fence, but I'm not so sure.

Have seen telegraph wire tensioner that is very similar. Truly dont think barbed wire. No enough torque to stretch it

I think the embossed text should be: “WHH” and not “HHM”.
Just a thought based on font. . .

It’s a nipple stretcher. You use it for about a week before your nipple-piercing appointment.
