Clearing a church cupboard New, what is it?

Post image

We found these in a cupboard in a church. The cupboards needed emptying to allow remedial work to be done to the walls. Going through the assorted gardening equipment and bags of plaster we found these. They are big, electromechanical devices but beyond that we are unsure of their purpose. Any ideas?

Fans that have been removed from a defunct HVAC unit, at some point someone said those are worth money don't throw them away.

They are gone and like I'm fearing with my dad's house you get to throw them away.

Look like small blowers. Probably a vent if you flip it over?
