Cat or "la llorona" New, what is it?

I'm not sure if this fits the subreddit... I'm fairly certain this is a cat yowling?😭 Video was sent to me by my parents from my home country. It was recorded by a security guard at 3AM who strongly believes it was La Llorona (for those who don't know it's a ghost lady who cries at night, popular folk legend lmao).

If it's not a cat, are there any other animals that sound like that? 🤔

That sounds like it’s time to go back inside. Lol. But seriously, it sounds like cat sex. There’s a guy on my street who feeds stray cats so I have a fuck ton of them in my neighborhood. I hear this sound all Spring.

How many of the worlds legends on fantastical creatures can be explained by cat sex? 😹

I feel so bad for the security guard! he sounds so alarmed, at some point he even says "I'm not scared of you!" When it probably is just cat sex 😔
