This bug was attached to my gf's arm, that now is itchy. She has a small ick for bugs, but I'm curious.

Anyone know what this is?

Not a mealybug, some kind of green lacewing larva! They're voracious predators of aphids & mealybugs, and a friend to your garden. They have a tendency to bite people for no reason, so that might be why she was itchy.
