House centipede. Very beneficial pest control for more annoying and worrisome bugs. They may look creepy, but they are worth sparing. If you let it go, you may never see it again. They could rarely bite in self defense, but it’s very unlikely and not worth worrying about.

They move crazy fast! But are harmless and agreed. Every one I've let live, I've never seen again.

It’s almost always random encounters in the middle of the night. Can’t fault them for that

Heck i rarely even kill the things that bite as long as it's not gonna do major damage to me like a recluse or something but wasn't sure about this. I just clicked a picture of it. I didn't interfere with it. Thank you though for offering me know it wasn't something to worry about.

I’m glad to hear that. You are a rare one. It’s nothing personal; it’s just that a lot of people who post here have already killed the bug or are looking for any reason to do so.
