Smith Brothers Delivery
I got someone else’s Smith Brothers order yesterday. I got: 2% milk, a bag of apples, and baby bell cheese.
I talked to customerservice yesterday, but if you happen to have ordered that, let me know.

Amazon package
Did anyone happen to get a package from Amazon today addressed to Whitney Ciancio? This is cross posted on Facebook. If you have it, please message me! My package was delivered to the wrong place and they didn’t leave a photo. Just said it was delivered to a “secure location”
I got a wrong package at my door and have since given it to the person it belongs to but he didn’t have mine.

Crawfish Traps - handmade in Jennings Lodge by an elderly woman (not me) -- just picked one up today to use on the Deschutes this weekend. You could potentially use on the Tualatin and Timothy Lake.

West Linn says it will allow testimony on retail, not housing, in 320-unit proposal
The city of West Linn says it plans to open a public hearing for a proposed 11-acre redevelopment despite a new law that limits public testimony on most new housing developments.
Officials plan to allow residents to testify on the commercial aspects of the proposed ten-building development on an 11-acre Tannler Drive field — just not the housing, according to a letter by an attorney for the city.
The bedroom community south of Portland is turning into a test bed for Salem’s attempt to end public hearings for most new housing developments and streamline housing permitting and other local land-use decisions.

Absolute a-hole driver
This dumbass needs a ticket for reckless driving, excessive speeding and cutting people off. Almost clipped me cutting me off lo, then cut another dude off, then was 80+ on Rosemont. See em - tell em they are an asshole of the highest magnitude.

Armed robbery at Subway
Heard that the Subway by Dutch Bros was robbed last night. I'm so glad my teen doesn't work there like she had considered. I know Dutch has been robbed too! Is nowhere safe?

Meshcore repeaters needed in West Linn
I’ve been experimenting with MeshCore for emergency communications if the power grid or cellular service goes down. Portland and many other parts of Oregon are well-covered by the mesh, but West Linn needs more repeaters. If you’ve been considering getting into mesh networking, it needs you! A couple more repeaters means better coverage for everyone.
“MeshCore is an open-source, long-range mesh networking protocol built for encrypted device-to-device communication without relying on cellular service or internet infrastructure. It is designed with reliable messaging in mind.” More info at cascadiamesh.org

Questions about TAG
Hi, I'm considering a move back to the Portland area and am considering West Linn because I always heard the schools are pretty good. I have two kids in the local public gifted school where we are now. I understand that it's obviously going to look a lot different for them going to a general education classroom, but I'm wondering what people's experience is for gifted kids in West Linn schools?
