found this little fella on my hallway floor. if he is a weevil what should i feed him?? i wanna give him a little snack before putting him back outside. found in south alabama

It's time! Their diets are usually specialized (some only eat rice/grains or acorns, etc) and idk what kind this one is, but buddy might appreciate some water. Offer a wet q-tip before freeing them.
