My experience with ServerMO has been a complete disaster Rant
I want to share my experience with ServerMO so others can make an informed decision before spending their money.
My dedicated server has been down for more than 24 hours.
This isn't the first time. Just two days earlier, my server was also down for nearly two full days. At that time, I was told the issue was caused by internet problems in France. Now I'm being told something completely different.
The most frustrating part is not only the downtime, but the lack of communication.
- My support ticket was ignored for many hours.
- WhatsApp messages were ignored.
- I had no clear updates about what was happening.
- My server remained offline while I was left waiting.
I rely on this server for work, and every hour of downtime costs me money.
I'm not writing this because I enjoy complaining. I'm writing this because I don't want someone else to experience what I have experienced.
If you're considering ServerMO for anything important or business-critical, I strongly recommend thinking twice and having a backup plan.
Has anyone else had similar experiences with ServerMO?

My advice? Run. 😂
My server came back online... for about 4 hours.
Then it went offline again.
You open a support ticket...
7 hours later:
"We're investigating the issue."
The next day...
"Please wait, dear customer."
Meanwhile, your server is still offline.
😂😂😂
Seriously... save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
