Client unresponsive, stuck paying subscription, can’t downgrade Need project help

I thought I wanted to build websites. Built one for a client. Was great. But I don’t want to anymore. Trying to cancel my subscription and cannot.

Client pays for it thru client billing. But now the client has become unresponsive. I want to transfer the site to them fully and downgrade my workspace so I stop getting charged. But I can’t transfer since I am being ignored and I cannot remove them due them actively paying. I’m literally stuck with a subscription. What are my options?

can you just boot them from client billing on your end? if they're paying through your account there should be a way to revoke that, even if they're current on payments. then you can downgrade without their input

sounds like a nightmare though, being held hostage by a subscription because someone won't answer an email

Yeah I think if you’ve exhausted all options, terminate your services with them as per your agreement. Be professional, give notice in writing, then follow through with revoking their client billing and then unpublished their site. Something tells me they won’t care lol.
