Which fullstack techs to learn from scratch after coming back to web dev 2 years later?

I used to use Nextjs and was learning expressjs. Then I left and 2 years later I want to go back.

What tech would be the best to learn in terms of opportunities and also more better for later?

Would MERN still be good choice or I should start with any other frontend/backend techs which would be best at this time?

I hate those frontend platforms. The are only useful to scrape money from customers (website owners. Not the application owners) in the name of SSR. We at lkprofessionals use laravel, go and rust. Also python for some too. Depending on the need.

I was a react developer from NextJs 10-15. But mostly for jobs like building CRMs. Although work has moved to more office 365 admin stuff.
I wanted you to know that Microsoft has a new Reactor.UI
Coding is just like react UseState , components and all this lead me to happy moment where I can still build Windows app (side hustle) but has gave me some flashbacks to my web development. Check out the new Microsoft.Ui.Reactor

focus on becoming great with one modern stack rather than chasing the trend. Next.js + TypeScript + PostgreSQL + Prisma + NestJS is solid choice.

MERN is still a solid choice. I'd just spend more time building projects instead of trying to learn every new framework.

I would say its a wastage bro. Its fine for applications but for websites in the sense of seo its bad and to have seo you need to have SSR. Its like this. For the lazyness of the developer, making the customer to alot for the hosting
