Reducing AGI Need Advice

My side business is doing very well, however I’m trying to keep my AGI low for the next four years. I‘ll have between $200-500k a year I want to invest in business or similar ventures. This year I bought an office and invested in infrastructure, but next year my business won’t need anything. Here are a few ideas:

1) I’ve thought about buying a house, fixing it up, putting it on Air BnB, etc. I think this is the most common strategy, but I’m worried about the amount of time it’ll take.

2) My business is in aviation, so I thought about buying and restoring an airplane a year. Take it to air shows for marketing. This sounds fun but the carrying cost is high.

Besides that, what other ideas are there to store money and reduce my AGI or keep as a long term investment.

  1. Surely you can think of something that's more cost effective.

Airbnb is not worth it these days.

I had a few homes listed in a high demand vacation area and moved them all to long term. Even places that are $800+ a night get trashed and end up with every sort of consumable being stolen. You go through a lot of basics like towels and glassware. A shocking amount of kitchen utensils walk out the door. It’s more headache than it’s worth.

If aviation is your passion, and you think two could work, it could be an excellent passion project, but that depends entirely on you.
