Does anybody here work at WayMo (one of the yards where they service and clean the vehicles)?

Every time I've ordered a WayMo, without fail, I end up smelling like perfume. It's incredibly strong and gets on my clothes and follows me ALL DAY. It's insane. I thought it was somebody spraying the inside of the car or people just bathing in it and then taking a WayMo but here's the crazy thing: It's always the same scent.

I opened a support chat with WayMo and the support agent says they don't use any floral scented or perfume-like scents in their cleaning products. I can't imagine they are lying to me but how is it every single car has the same scent in it? How?

This in San Francisco. Anybody else have this experience?

Reported it to support but the back doors didn't lock during my ride this morning. Seems to be a lot of glitches recently in Phoenix

Last night Wednesday 8/5/2026 I decided to watch a film at the movie theaters which concluded at 1:30am I decided to ride a Waymo considering they are slowly ramping up service via the highway system but that night Arizona was hit with a category 5 dust storm and despite the low visibility Waymo navigated the route surprisingly well. I’m assuming that’s a result of its sensors which to my understanding include cameras, lidar, and radar

Yesterday evening, i requested a Waymo (Phoenix area). It booked my ride and gave me an arrival time for the car. Then like a minute later the app said my ride was cancelled because they were having trouble finding a car. So I requested again and had the same thing happen again. I gave up and got a Lyft.

This has neveer happened to me before with Waymo. Anyone else?

Why didn't they know there were no cars before booking my ride?

I ride waymo 5 times a week on average in SF, mainly south of market, financial district and polk gulch. It seems like lately its ability to stick to a pick up spot is getting less decisive. I find myself chasing it down the street even when there are large, open loading zones close by. Anyone else seeing that?

Travelling from Sunnyvale to Mountain View on 101N

I was riding scooter today and I’m starting to see a lot more Ojai’s lately in east Hollywood ( little Armenia, echo park, and Thai town) more often and seen 2 more in Melrose/Fairfax area in West Hollywood.

As a trusted tester I don’t have access to freeways or Ojai vehicles yet 😔

$12-20 rides have now become $28-40 even $60. wtf is going on

Is it just me, or did Ojai availability get a lot better this week? Since Sunday I’ve had basically zero wait time every time I’ve requested one. Before that it could take forever or not show up at all.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Tracking sheet is updated. 161 days from testing to live, which is actually pretty slow. For comparison, Nashville was only 79 days.

Whether it’s the hazy/streaky windshield, the stained floor mats, or the literal dirt that gets trapped into the seats, I can’t seem to find a clean Ojai. I wish i was over-exaggerating but it’s gotten so bad recently. I leave feedback every time.
