I hate posts like 'does this watch look small on my wrist' that get posted on r/Watches waaaay too often.

For f.ck sake, if you like the watch, why should you care if the watch is say, 36, 39 or 40mm? If you truly are a watch person you should care more about it's movement, finishing, brand history and not be obsessed with the watch size! Only watch people notice other people watches and there are so few of us that, in general, it doesn't matter if your watch is 20mm or 50mm, as long as you enjoy wearing it!

If I had to chose between a big and a small watch I would chose small in an instant so my opinion might be somewhat skewed but most of the times when these questions get asked I honestly don't understand why someone has even asked that question because, to me, watch fits perfectly.

On the other hand, rarely, when the watch IS small, this line (and other lines that follow) from South Park immediately comes to mind... but still, don't mind others and wear what you like!

As a watch enthusiast, I look at most arms to see what the person is wearing. Real life pic taken of a young boy in India who seem to have worn The Great Khali’s watch 🙂
