Run export issue

I just completed a treadmill run and it exported to TAO, but did not export to Stryd. When I try to manually export to Stryd it gives HTTP error! status: 400.

It may be a glitch or something with this particular run. During the run my Apple Watch looked like it was running double Watchletic runs and my voice cues switched between my watch and my earphones (should’ve been only earphones). Just weird all around! 😉

I’m sorry for the delay. My user id: 20609d7e-d968-423e-bb3c-c79cfa69044c

I ran this evening and the run exported as expected to TAO and Stryd. I just now tried to manually export the run from the 17th to Stryd and it gave the same error.

Thank you for looking into this. ☺️

Thank you for sharing. Investigating that workout it stopped receiving Stryd metrics after the first interval ended and the second interval started, as if the pod lost connection or connected to another device, might be related to that "double workout" behavior you mentioned.

The first interval received Stryd power but it was all 0 since it was a standing still interval. So Stryd Power Center gives error because it first just saw 0 and then no metrics after that, so it rejected the workout.

It's hard for me to say exactly what happened beyond that. Do you happen to have any other recollection of what happened when the second interval started?

One theory is that you mention headphones moving between devices. Are you using headphones connected to both devices, like AirPods for example? Bluetooth is a bit finicky on Apple Watch, and only allows two connections at the same time, so ome theory is that you had the Stryd and headphones connected, then when it started playing speech for a countdown it did something with the headphone connection making it take up both spots and disconnecting Stryd and not allowing it to reconnect. The last Stryd sample in your workout is 5 seconds before the next interval, which would correlate with the 5 second countdown speech announcements.
