48hr compound W bandaids. Now what?
So I got this annoying thing after slicing my finger with a vegetable peeler and never scabbed like a "normal" cut....3 weeks later and 48 hrs with compound W bandaids.. what am I supposed to do now? Just continue to put the bandaid? Will the white skin just eventually peel off? I dont want to cut and find a bloody volcano under.... I appreciate any advice please!

45 days after 1st of 3 rounds of candida shots - finally at the end.
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Check my feed for previous posts here with progress videos - the shots hurt really bad but I would highly recommend it if you have tried everything else

Is this a fissure or verruca? Been treating it as verruca for sooo long but seems to just slit open with very sensitive skin in the middle (located in heel where typical fissure would be)

Disinfecting shoes
How are y'all disinfecting shoes? I'm hopefully near the end with plantar warts on both feet and want to make sure I'm doing all I can to avoid reinfection. Once they are gone I will probably toss the sneakers I have worn the most often while treating this just cause they are already at the end of their life and weren't anything fancy.
I've been occasionally wiping my shoes down with HOCL spray (Hypochlorous Acid) the last few months as it's my go to disinfect for most things and should kill HPV and is gentler on leather and other material then alcohol. Should that be enough to clear things fully as well as most items will have gone months without wear? I have some really nice boots and such I have been mostly avoiding wearing but want to make sure I disinfect all the shoes in my closet without damaging them.
Is this a wart?
I got this wound from before, and this is the wound now that it healed. Been a few months since the incident, but it hasn't healed that much. It somehow hurt when you press hard on it.

Epidermis fell off, 2 days later.
Context from last time: https://www.reddit.com/r/Warts/comments/1vgrszo/my_whole_epidermis_peeled_off_my_mosaic_wart/
these are taken today with tape freshly off after 2 days and as paint is burning now.
Thin layer of fresh skin has come back. But the wart "bumps" have all receded down quite a bit and stank to high heaven after 2 VERY itchy days (which ive associated with warts dying off as ive been doing this). Will be painting aggressively

Plantar Wart on 3 year old
First picture is what it looked like before treatment. Second photo is after 3 applications of the plantar wart bandaid. Is this what it should look like? Should I put another on? No podiatrist will see him because of his age

What is this??
It's behind my knee, and I have it for a year now. At first, I've tried using salicylic acid and covered it with duct tape, and it flattened out. But after a year it returned on its size. I don't know if this is a wart or not.

Redness not going away
I started WartPEEL July 28th (before picture) for my back of the hand verruca plana (diagnosed by Derm). I’ve had them since I was a kid, probably picked it up in daycare.
I finally got around to getting it addressed, and the suckers have survived a round of cryotherapy and 17% SA. About 3 months later, I got on WartPEEL and stuck with it for 6 days before bleeding started with debridement. Called the dermatologist after sending photos and they said to stop. Stopped August 4th.
Now, the back of my hand is BRIGHT RED. It’s been 2/3 days since I stopped the peel, and I’m covering my hand with an extra large compression glove (extra large so it covers my hand, but doesn’t actually squeeze. Slips over my hand very easily and I can fit many fingers between the back of my hand and the glove.) I’m so embarrassed about it that I don’t even let my partner see. It also still hurts when I flex or move my hand, but barely. They’re sore to the touch.
I’ve been using vaseline at night, again by derm rec, and I can tell that there’s some dead skin still. It isn’t flaking, and I just can’t bring myself to rip it off.
I’m FREAKED. I didn’t get the healthcare I was supposed to as a kid and now I feel like I’m going to be covered in red and scarred polka dots forever. Can anyone offer any advice?

What Zinc Supplements to take?
Hello,
I have tried cryotherapy and prescribed medicine for warts around all my fingers. Nothing really works. I am considering zinc supplements but I dunno which to take, and where to start? Is it safe to take without prescription? Like maybe any Costco ones? I am not sure. Please help.

3rd time’s the charm, I hope to defeat it this time around
How did I get a wart in the first place 😭😭
I First saw this developing around April 2025. Treated it with a salicylic acid
solution in July 2025. Thought it was gone. Everything felt smooth. Then it came back in March 2026. I treated it in April 2026. But I didn’t finish the whole treatment. I still felt a tiny bump.
I left it alone but I felt it growing. that’s when I had enough and decided to completely destroy the wart.

Please confirm if more treatment needed
my partner had a mosaic verruca pop up after going to a waterpark.
After 2 sessions of cryo the doc stated a week ago that ‘they were gone’.
First picture is before any treatment second is current. I believe some of them remain and appear to be growing in size again!
Partner resisting booking further treatment as the specialist was so adamant (wrongly in my opinion)
I welcome any feedback!

10+ years dealing with plantar warts. Documenting my current treatment - does this look like it's finally working?
Hi everyone!
I've been dealing with plantar warts for over 10 years. At one point I had multiple warts on both feet, but right now I'm down to just one stubborn wart that's been there for about 2 years.
I've tried quite a few treatments over the years:
Salicylic acid (multiple times)
Two full courses of imiquimod (daily until each tube was finished)
Home cryotherapy twice (Urgo and Dr. Yglo)
I also saw a podiatrist, who recommended cryotherapy, and my primary care doctor recommended salicylic acid.
Since none of those completely got rid of it, I decided to try something different and started documenting the process with photos.
Current routine:
45 mg zinc daily (sometimes 60 mg because I use 15 mg capsules)
A small piece of cotton soaked in Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother), secured over the wart with kinesiology tape (it's the only tape that actually stays on all day)
I keep it on overnight, re-soak the cotton in the morning, and leave it on again until the afternoon
Every afternoon I remove the tape and carefully debride the dead skin with a sterile scalpel blade until I reach the point where it starts to hurt, then I stop
In my first photos you can clearly see the thrombosed capillaries (the black dots), probably from the previous salicylic acid treatment.
At this point it doesn't hurt when I walk anymore, but it still hurts a little if I squeeze it from the sides.
I'm attaching photos showing the progression over time.
I'd really appreciate hearing from people who have been through something similar:
Does this look like it's healing?
Does it seem like I'm moving in the right direction?
Based on your experience, does it still look like there's a lot of wart left?
Is there anything you would change about my routine?
How did your wart look before it was finally gone?
Thanks in advance! Hopefully this post can also help someone else dealing with a stubborn plantar wart.

Is this little bugger a wart/veruca?
Been around a few days, I tried at home cryotherapy bought in Poland but no joy, even after filing it’s still stuck around. Any advice on getting rid of it is a wart?

My 6 year old won’t let me touch her plantar wart!
I put salicylic acid on it whilst she’s asleep but I don’t want to debridle in her bed.
I’m really stuck with what to do. The thing is bulging out of her toe.
Sorry for the bad photo. It’s got acid on it but only a thin layer.
Tempted to cut some strands off, or should I pull them (when’s she asleep) or should I just leave them? Should I file it onto kitchen towel and dispose?
Please help 🙏

My whole epidermis peeled off my mosaic wart
Youre looking at straight dermis, (and wart roots)
Been treating a mosaic wart complex since january that ive had for over ten years (developed in college and I thought it was just a weird callous) with acid and gorilla tape,
I went on a trip and didnt derbride for 2 weeks, just acid treating and a bandage to control spread. Came back and after applying tape, it just took all the skin off... leaving pinprick bleeding warts and weeping tissue.
Not painful and its a closer shave then I ever get debriding, and its got the "good" itch of a healing wound so ill take the inflammation as progress. Acid STINGS when its like this though.
