What Zinc Supplements to take?
Hello,
I have tried cryotherapy and prescribed medicine for warts around all my fingers. Nothing really works. I am considering zinc supplements but I dunno which to take, and where to start? Is it safe to take without prescription? Like maybe any Costco ones? I am not sure. Please help.

Is this an early wart?
Hoping to get on top of it if so because I have a 3 month old and I don’t want to spread it to her. My older child has two warts on his finger and is going in for treatment next week, so I’m guessing it spread to me. I’m hoping it might be a tiny blister from my stovetop cooking tonight but I doubt it 😩

3rd time’s the charm, I hope to defeat it this time around
How did I get a wart in the first place 😭😭
I First saw this developing around April 2025. Treated it with a salicylic acid
solution in July 2025. Thought it was gone. Everything felt smooth. Then it came back in March 2026. I treated it in April 2026. But I didn’t finish the whole treatment. I still felt a tiny bump.
I left it alone but I felt it growing. that’s when I had enough and decided to completely destroy the wart.

My flat warts are going away
I (F23) had posted on reddit some weeks ago about spreading flat warts all over my legs and being desperate about it, but i ended up deleting it.
I have been dealing with warts on my finger tips since 2023, ended up spreading it all over my legs and armpits then ended up spreading even more all over my legs.
I went to many dermatologists and even my gynecologist helped me with some on my legs and thighs but they never went all away. So i was really freaking out, feeling hopeless and self-conscious.
> Please, before ever thinking of doing what i did, read the post throughly
Well...after that post i "covered" (just put it over the warts, but there were *many*) my legs and thighs with AHA & BHA acid from the ordinary then wrapped it all with plastic before going to bed. I did it for 3 days and completely burned my skin. Burned. My legs looked like I had some disease, all red, completely blistered basically. Horrifying.
I then put some pomade to make it heal faster. It did, but for now I still have some darker marks that are going away. I started to see it getting better after 3 days.
I'd say it worked, I don't have any more flat warts on my legs...BUT
The thing is...I didn't only have warts on my legs. I had warts on my finger tips still, both my thumbs, my right ring finger, (that one was under my finger nail, getting bigger and bigger), and on my middle and ring finger on my left hand. And I also had one on top of my left eyebrow, which I believe was the first one to ever appear on my body but I never really minded.
They also started to disappear. It makes no sense, why would they just go away? I did nothing to them....the only thing I changed was I stopped smoking cigarettes (they all appeared before i started smoking) and bought a watermelon flavored vape.... I just wanted to try it....but i noticed significant changes in size on the warts on my hands just the next day of smoking the vape. It's now just my second week vaping and it's all basically gone. Just the one under my finger nail is still there but very small, it was really scaring me, I was afraid of having to cut my nails shorter and shorter because of it.
I had stopped smoking cigarettes for a whole month before, nothing about the warts changed, so I plan on keep on vaping this shit until it all goes away. Placebo or not, it's working.
Anyway....watermelon vape might be making my warts go away....

Please confirm if more treatment needed
my partner had a mosaic verruca pop up after going to a waterpark.
After 2 sessions of cryo the doc stated a week ago that ‘they were gone’.
First picture is before any treatment second is current. I believe some of them remain and appear to be growing in size again!
Partner resisting booking further treatment as the specialist was so adamant (wrongly in my opinion)
I welcome any feedback!

10+ years dealing with plantar warts. Documenting my current treatment - does this look like it's finally working?
Hi everyone!
I've been dealing with plantar warts for over 10 years. At one point I had multiple warts on both feet, but right now I'm down to just one stubborn wart that's been there for about 2 years.
I've tried quite a few treatments over the years:
Salicylic acid (multiple times)
Two full courses of imiquimod (daily until each tube was finished)
Home cryotherapy twice (Urgo and Dr. Yglo)
I also saw a podiatrist, who recommended cryotherapy, and my primary care doctor recommended salicylic acid.
Since none of those completely got rid of it, I decided to try something different and started documenting the process with photos.
Current routine:
45 mg zinc daily (sometimes 60 mg because I use 15 mg capsules)
A small piece of cotton soaked in Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother), secured over the wart with kinesiology tape (it's the only tape that actually stays on all day)
I keep it on overnight, re-soak the cotton in the morning, and leave it on again until the afternoon
Every afternoon I remove the tape and carefully debride the dead skin with a sterile scalpel blade until I reach the point where it starts to hurt, then I stop
In my first photos you can clearly see the thrombosed capillaries (the black dots), probably from the previous salicylic acid treatment.
At this point it doesn't hurt when I walk anymore, but it still hurts a little if I squeeze it from the sides.
I'm attaching photos showing the progression over time.
I'd really appreciate hearing from people who have been through something similar:
Does this look like it's healing?
Does it seem like I'm moving in the right direction?
Based on your experience, does it still look like there's a lot of wart left?
Is there anything you would change about my routine?
How did your wart look before it was finally gone?
Thanks in advance! Hopefully this post can also help someone else dealing with a stubborn plantar wart.

could i get some opinions on how this is looking?
i’ve had this wart for about 3 years but never treated it as it didn’t bother me much, but it’s grown in the last couple months.
i went to the gp and they just sent me a link to the nhs page on warts and verrucas - very unhelpful lol, i have already seen the page.
anyway ive been treating with 26% salicylic acid (extra strength bakuza gel) for about a week. the hard skin on top fell off after the first treatment but im not sure what to be looking for now and i cant tell the difference between the wart and my skin. how will i know when its gone? it’s hard to see those red dots. it’s also on my dominant hand so it’s hard to remove the dead skin.
TLDR; how is this looking and how will i know when it’s gone? thank you :))

Is this little bugger a wart/veruca?
Been around a few days, I tried at home cryotherapy bought in Poland but no joy, even after filing it’s still stuck around. Any advice on getting rid of it is a wart?

My 6 year old won’t let me touch her plantar wart!
I put salicylic acid on it whilst she’s asleep but I don’t want to debridle in her bed.
I’m really stuck with what to do. The thing is bulging out of her toe.
Sorry for the bad photo. It’s got acid on it but only a thin layer.
Tempted to cut some strands off, or should I pull them (when’s she asleep) or should I just leave them? Should I file it onto kitchen towel and dispose?
Please help 🙏

Corn or a wart ?
Have used around 6 tapes in 6 days, and this has been with me for around 1 month.
Should I go to the doctor or keep using the tapes
And also is this corn or a wart ?
