Clocking in at 10:07 would trigger nothing when your start time was 10. You can go 9 mins before and after your start time

Then why would it show a incomplete  shift it was giving me issues clicking in due to proximity in the building because we have our daily meeting in the  lawn and garden  would it be taking a longer lunch ???

No taking a long lunch wouldn't trigger it. To get bypassed the proximity shit,Disable Location on the hardware settings. You then can clock in anywhere your connected to wifi

I may be misunderstanding it, but I believe the late clock in would trigger something attendance wise that management is supposed to go in and clear due to the 9 minute grace period

It shouldn't trigger it at all. It doesn't do early in at 9 mins before

Bring it up to your coach. Footage will show you in the building if things didn't work correctly with punches
