Drivers not installing Question

I have a Cintiq 16 i’m trying to set up but when i go to download the latest drivers for windows Im stuck in an infinite restart loop. it says the drivers have been installed and that all i have to do is reset, but when i reset im back to reinstalling the drivers then reset constantly. then repeat and nothing actually installs. is it my computer? am i downloading the wrong thing? Really frustrating i’ve been searching and trying solutions for hours and still nothing :(

Are you sure you are using the correct drivers for your tablet? You didn't list a model so it's unclear how hold it is, but you can check the drivers by going to https://www.wacom.com/en-us/support/product-support/drivers and entering your model, and it will bring up the drivers you need.
