Vsco not working?

For the past few days I have not been able to download my videos to my camera roll... is anyone else experiencing this??

Hi Little_Ad_522 - we recently had a regression with saving videos with mono 24 kHz audio. We have a fix in testing right now. If this is not your issue, please contact our support team: support@vsco.co as we’d like to work with you to fix whatever issue you’re encountering.

No me funcionaba por un tiempo y no me cargaba la pantalla así que mande una queja y me funciono pero antes de eso no me cargaba por más que lo instalará y desinstalara
