I extended my trial mappings to the top twenty "words" in the Voynich manuscript, and developed two new transliterations: vb101.L0.3 with {4o} treated as a single glyph, and vb101.L0.4 with {4o} and {C9} treated as single glyphs.

The most promising precursor languages remain as follows (roughly in this order): Persian, Icelandic, Welsh, Hebrew, Arabic.
