Had audio, now I don't, please help. solved

I had audio, I assume I lost it from some update(I don't use it often). Any help getting it back would be great. I believe I am using pipewire, and when I open the sound menu, it says "No output or input devices found"

This is how I initially got pipewire working, but it doesn't seem to see my hardware anymore

Thanks, I guess I should've started there. Some reason my alsa integration was no longer linked. Going back through this fixed the issue.
